The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations require employers to employ one or
more "Competent Persons" to assist them with Heath and Safety. Often employers will be able to meet this requirement
"in-house". For those who can't, we offer a "Competent Person Service" thus eliminating the need to
employ a full time health and safety adviser.
The benefits of our "Competent Person Service" will vary from company to company. Our services can be tailored to include:
